CoCo,

Some great recipes I can convert to our no mammal ingredients diet due to life threatening allergy.
I gave the chicken piccata recipe to my husband since that is his favorite.
GO PATโS!!
MaryLee,
I’m glad to help. I’m curious if your allergy is Alpha Gal? May daughter had that but has been cured. Since she was diagnosed, we’ve heard so many people with this and most have been referred to her doctor with success. She can eat meat again without the allergic reaction.
Hi Rachel – I’m planning on making your chicken Reuben casserole but the recipe says 1oz of thousand island in one place and then the list of ingredients says 8 oz and then the instructions say pour the bottle over it …..help ! How much do I use ?
Marilyn
I’m sorry for the confusion. I meant 1 – 8oz. bottle of Thousand Island. I’ve corrected this on my blog. Note: I have used less than the recipe calls for (around 6oz. instead of the full bottle). Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
