Cocktail Drink – Hot White Russian Coffee Recipe
I love coffee drinks, and since the Book Club Supper Club is a brunch, I decided a coffee cocktail was in order.
This recipe is so easy to make and can be halved, doubled, or tripled to accommodate smaller or larger gatherings.
The simple ingredients are easily purchased, or you may choose to make your own homemade Kahlua.
Remember that you need to make the homemade Kahlua 3 weeks before your event.
To enhance the flavor of this yummy recipe, make your own whipped creme, also included in this recipe.
Appetizer – Mozzarella and Tomato Caprese Appetizer Bites
My friend Stacy’s appetizer bites look delicious and are so easy to make.
I love the color they add to the brunch table setting. Be sure to pin this recipe for future use.
Main Dish – Easy Brunch Egg Casserole Southwestern Style
Michele’s easy Egg Casserole is perfect for any brunch menu. Her recipe includes a slight twist on this traditional dish by adding a spicy southwestern flavor.
Side Dish – Blueberry Sour Creme Coffee Cake
Oh my gosh! This side dish combines 3 of my favorite things. Jen’s blueberry sour creme coffee cake recipe will be perfect for a breakfast gathering as well as an ideal food for book club brunch.
Side Dish – Roasted Potato Salad with Arugula
Our guest host this month is Nicolle from Our Tiny Nest, and I can’t wait to try her contribution to this month’s menu.
I love arugula salads, and when you combine it with roasted potato salad, you know it’s going to be yummy.
Dessert – Boozy Banana Pudding Parfaits
You can always expect something delicious, with a healthy twist, from our friends Anne and AnnMarie. This Boozy Banana Pudding Parfait Recipe is no exception. This recipe is pinned for future reference, for sure.
