White Russian Coffee Cocktail Recipe
This easy cocktail recipe only takes a few minutes to make.
The ingredients include freshly brewed coffee, heavy whipping creme, vodka, and Kahlua.
The recipe makes four servings. However, increasing or decreasing the ingredients to adjust the number of servings is easy.
First, add freshly brewed coffee to a small sauce pan and then add all remaining ingredients.
Heat until hot, do not allow to boil.
Pour into individual cups and top with whipped creme if desired.
You can also garnish with cherries or other sweet garnishes.
What makes this recipe extra special is using homemade Kahlua instead of store-bought. However, you do need three weeks to make the Kahlua, so you’ll want to plan.
The homemade Kahlua keeps for months when stored in airtight glass bottles.

Homemade Whipped Creme
In addition to homemade Kahlua, I recommend using homemade whipped creme with this recipe.
It only takes a few seconds to make homemade whipped creme when using a manual whipped creme dispenser. Just add heavy whipping creme, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and follow the instructions.
Place the whipped creme in the freezer for approx. 30 minutes before adding to a hot beverage.

- 2 1/2 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Kahlua
- 4 jiggers of vodka
- Brew coffee
- In saucepan add coffee, cream, and Kahlua.
- Stir over medium heat until hot
- Divide into 4 cups
- Add one jigger of vodka to each cup
- Top with whipped cream
A homemade Kahlua Recipe is recommended for added flavor.
