I love serving the Hot Chicken Salad with a fresh fruit salad. However, this tasty side dish also works well with the Chicken Salad. This is another simple side dish that can be made in advance and is better with age.

Can you tell me how much butter is supposed to be used in the German chocolate upside down cake? Recipe says mix butter with cream cheese, but I don’t see how much butter is needed. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to make this, German chocolate is my mother in law’s and husband’s favorite cake. This one, with the little twist of directions will be a fun alternative to the traditional.
Frankie,
I’m so glad you messaged me. It’s one stick of butter. I completely left that off and it has been corrected. Thanks so much. You will love this easy recipe.
