Perfect No Bake Energy Bars
Looking for a healthy snack that’s a good source of protein (approximately 13 grams per bar) and a quick pick-me-up. Keep these energy bars in your freezer. They were a lifesaver after my surgery. I had very little appetite, and these were one of the only things that I enjoyed eating.

Easy Energy Bar Recipe
I love how easy it is to mix up a batch of these energy bars. All you need is a mixing bowl, parchment paper, and a cookie sheet.
Or you can roll this recipe into balls instead of bars, if you prefer.
Wrap them individually and place them in the freezer. They are easy to grab for a quick snack. Be careful because they will disappear quickly.
