Perfect No Bake Energy Bars
Quick pick me up energy bars to make ahead and have on hand for a quick snack.

of Whole Oats

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Stir until well blended with no dry spots
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the mixture evenly over the paper
You can place another piece of parchment paper over the top and use a rolling pin to smooth the surface if you desire.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before slicing into bars.
Wrap each one individually and place in the refrigerator (if planning to consume within a few days) or in the freezer for long-term storage.
Option 2 - Mix ingredients and roll into balls; place in ziplock bags in the freezer.

Each energy bar contains approximately 13 grams of protein.
