Inspiration For A Stay-At-Home New Year’s Eve

A few years ago we started celebrating New Year’s Eve at home due to the pandemic. It was very enjoyable, and we had an amazing time. We explored many new ideas for New Year’s Eve that year and have expanded on them in recent years. If you are looking for some new ways to ring in the new year, I’ve got you covered.

Last Minute New Year’s Eve Centerpiece

You don’t have to spend a fortune on a New Year’s Eve centerpiece. Look for items you already own that can be quickly pulled together.

This is an idea I used a few years ago, and it was quick, easy, and free. I pulled together some of my bottle brush trees with silver and gold, some vintage clock faces I’ve collected, and old vintage clocks. I covered the boxes with a tablecloth to add variety in height, and voilร , I had a festive New Year’s Eve centerpiece. To see more details, click here.

  1. Thank you, Rachel. A game you might want to add to your list is Left, Right, Center. It is a dice game that I am sure you can probably find on Amazon. Our family plays it every year, each person brings 3 one dollar bills (per game). The more that play, the more winnings. Happy New Year! Cheers!
