Dirt Road Adventures: Spring Cleaning & Getting Ready For Summer
Happy Sunday, and welcome to Dirt Road Adventures! This is where we review all the exciting events behind the scenes, on the website, and the sources of inspiration I discovered online during the past week. This weekly recap ensures you don’t miss any of our adventures here at the end of our Dirt Road.
Hey Friends,
I hope you had a great week. As we are approaching mid-May and Memorial Day weekend, we spent most of the week in cleaning mode. We removed our vinyl curtains from our screened porch and cleaned every inch of the house inside and out. Brad cleaned the outdoor kitchen and other outdoor clean-up tasks, so everything is looking spic and span around here today.
However, all that work did result in my back hurting for a few days. I am also wearing a support binder to hopefully prevent the hernia from becoming more of a problem. So far, it seems to help with the discomfort.
We also celebrated Mother’s Day and my daughter’s birthday this past week with a little shopping and Brad’s smoked ribs for dinner.
