Creamy Crockpot Peppermint Mocha Latte Recipe
One key ingredient that makes this recipe a success is homemade peppermint simple syrup.
Here are the ingredients that I used to make 12 servings of this recipe.
- 10 cups of espresso coffee – I used Starbucks Espresso Keurig Pods
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 oz. Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. Peppermint simple syrup: adjust the ingredients to taste. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add more.
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. peppermint extract
- Whipped Cream Topping (optional topping)
- Mini-Marshmellows (optional topping)
- Crushed Peppermint stick (optional topping)
- Candy canes (optional topping)
- Brew coffee as usual.
Add all remaining ingredients (except toppings) to a crock pot—heat on low and stir occasionally. Heat up to 2 hours before serving.

Have topping available so that guests can add the garnish of their choice to their delicious beverage.

- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peppermint extract

- Chocolate chips Optional
- crushed peppermint candy can Optional
- Candy Canes Optional
Instructions
- Brew coffee as usual.
- Add all ingredients except optional toppings to crock pot.
- Heat on low for up to two hours before serving. stirring occasionally until chocolate chips are melted.
