We have so much fun planning each months Virtual Supper Club themes and sharing our ideas with you.
This month our guest host is Danielle from Faith and Farmhouse and she’s sharing her delicious side dish for Thanksgiving.
For our pre-dinner cocktail, we are making Caramel Apple Cider Martini’s.
These delicious martini’s are easy and simple to make. Plus, they are delicious.
Pre-Dinner Cocktails Ingredients
This yummy cocktail includes real Apple Cider and to add the caramel flavor you use Butterscotch Schnapps.
Combine these two ingredients with vodka, fresh lemon juice and a graham cracker rim, for my new favorite martini.
Caramel Apple Cider Martini Recipe
- 1½ jigger Vodka
- 1 jigger Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 jigger Apple cider
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 slice Apple , to garnish
- Graham Cracker Crumbs, to rim glass
- Chill Martini Glasses
- Dampen rim of martini glass with lemon rind & press into crushed graham cracker crumbs
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice
- Add first 4 ingredients to cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Use strainer to pour into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with apple slice
Rim Your Glass
In order to rim the glass with graham cracker crumbs, you will want to dampen your rim with a lemon or lime slice to make the rim sticky. Just wrap a wedge around the rim and rub all the way around.
Place a layer of crumbs on a plate and press the rim of the glass into the crumbs.
Fill a shaker with ice and add lemon juice, apple cider, vodka and butterscotch schnapps.
Shake and pour the martini into the glass. Then garnish with an apple slice.
This recipe is tangy and not too sweet. It is so refreshing and perfect for your Thanksgiving feast.
