Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onion
  • 3 oz. Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 3 Tbsp. Salted Pistachio Nuts
  • 8 ox. cream cheese - softened
  • Lemon Zest of Two Lemons
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Zest two lemons
  • Chop Red Pepper
  • Chop Green Onions
  • Add Onion, red pepper, feta cheese, and Pistachios to a chopping block.
  • Chop until finely chopped
  • Add Lemon zest, Red Pepper, Celery Salt, Salt & Pepper
  • Chop and Mix again
  • Add mixture to Soften Cream Cheese in mixing bowl
  • Mix until smooth
  • Add to a serving dish
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Garnish with Pistachio Nuts and Pomegranate seeds for color
  • Serve with Crostini, bagels, crackers, etc.

Notes

This recipe can be made into a Cheese Ball if desired—Roll Cheese Ball in Finely Chopped Pistachios.
