- 4 cups chopped multi colored cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 2 TBSP. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. tomato basil, garlic Dash seasoning
Chop tomatoes
Finely chop green onions
Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with fresh french bread, bagel bites, or pita slices.
It can also be served as a side dish.
You can also include ingredients like fresh basil, olives, and sundried tomatoes.
You can also substitute the celery salt with sea salt or kosher salt.
