Ingredients

  • 2 cups coarsely chopped Onion
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp Hellmans Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven 350°
  • Chop onions coarsely
  • Mix with cheese & mayonnaise
  • Pour into grease baking dish
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly
  • Serve hot with crackers, wheat thins, pita chips or crusty bread

Notes

Recipe is easy to double or triple.
Be cautious about adding more mayonnaise than is recommended. 
If dip appears to have grease on top after baking, blot with paper towel.
