Small Boneless Chicken Breast

Sauerkraut

Natural Swiss Cheese

1000 Island Salad Dressing

Chopped Parsley
Instructions
Preheat Oven 375 degrees
Add One Layer of Chicken Breast to greased baking dish
Rinse & drain sauerkraut, squeezing all excess moisture from the kraut.
Sprinkle Sauerkraut over top of Chicken Breast.
Cover with Cheese slices
Pour Thousand Island dressing over the top
Bake 45 minutes
Notes
Chicken Breast should be small and thin. If necessary, cut the Chicken Breast in half for thinner layers or use Chicken Breast Tenders.
