Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat over 350 degrees
  • Grease a 9-inch pie pan
  • Add flour, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl
  • Add cranberries and walnuts.
  • Toss until well coated.
  • Melt butter and beat eggs.
  • Add butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour into grease pie plate.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until done in the center.
