- 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat over 350 degrees
Grease a 9-inch pie pan
Add flour, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl
Add cranberries and walnuts.
Toss until well coated.
Melt butter and beat eggs.
Add butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
Stir well.
Pour into grease pie plate.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until done in the center.
