Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Beef Tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce reduced sodium
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 2 lbs. French Bread
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Horseradish
  • 1/4 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Add beef to marinate and allow it to marinate for 1-2 hours with the next 5 ingredients.
  • Remove beef from marinate and place on a hot searing burner grill - grill for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the regular grill and heat until 135° internal temperature for medium rare beef. Approx. 4-6 minutes
  • Heat French Bread in the Oven according to the package directions
  • Slice the French Bread into ¼ -½ inch pieces
  • Slice the Beef Tenderloin in ⅛ -¼ inch slices
  • Make a Horseradish Sauce Dip by combining the last 3 ingredients - Sour Cream, Horseradish & Worcestershire Sauce.
