Easy Frozen Peach Mojito Recipe
Here is another of my “It’s so easy even I’ll make it” recipes, and this one is super refreshing and perfect for a summer party. The ingredients include just four simple items
Ingredients for Peach Mojitos
- Rum – 6 jiggers
- Bacardi Frozen Peach Daiquiri Mix – One container.
- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves – washed and dried.
- Ice – to fill the blender.

Make It a Peach Mojito Mocktail
Want a refreshing drink but skip the rum? You can create a delicious peach mojito mocktail by following the same instructions, except when it comes time to add the 6 jiggers of rum, replace them with 6 jiggers of this mixture. Combine 1 part lemon juice and 2 parts rosemary simple syrup. 6 jiggers is approximately 9 oz. So 3 oz. of fresh lemon juice mixed with 6 ounces of rosemary simple syrup should do the trick.
You can adjust the mixture if you prefer a sweeter or tart flavor.
Instructions for Peach Mojitos
Begin by gathering fresh mint leaves, then wash and dry them. To enhance the mint flavor, add mint leaves to a bowl and muddle the leaves before adding them to the blender.

Then, pour the 9 ounces of rum over the muddled leaves. Or, it’s making a mocktail, pour the lemon & rosemary simple syrup mixture.

Add the frozen Bacardi Peach Daiquiri mix to the blender and add the rum and mint mixture.

Fill the blender almost full of ice.

Blend until the ice is smooth, and continue adding ice until the blender is full and all ice is smooth.

How To Garnish Frozen Peach Mojitos
You can garnish with your choice of items. Here I used a lime wedge and mint leaves on a cocktail skewer.

YUM!

Allow guests to cool off with this perfect cocktail for an outdoor dinner party.
