Equipment

  • 1 8 x 4 Loaf Pan
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Measuring Cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas smashed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs Large
  • 2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven 350 degrees
  • Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth
  • smash the bananas in a mixing bowl
  • Add vanilla and beaten eggs and stir
  • Add milk, and the butter & sugar mixture and stir
  • Add flour, salt, baking soda
  • Finally, add the chopped pecans
  • Stir until all dry ingredients are wet.
  • Pour ingredients into a greased loaf pan
  • Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes
