- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Measuring Cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas smashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs Large
- 2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees
- Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth
- smash the bananas in a mixing bowl
- Add vanilla and beaten eggs and stir
- Add milk, and the butter & sugar mixture and stir
- Add flour, salt, baking soda
- Finally, add the chopped pecans
- Stir until all dry ingredients are wet.
- Pour ingredients into a greased loaf pan
- Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes
