Sweet Corn Bread Muffins
This easy to make corn bread muffins recipes is a twist on traditional cornbread with the addition of sweet cream corn. It's a southern tradition that I know you will love.

Ingredients
1 -
Box Jiffy Muffin Mix
1 -
large egg
beaten
1/2 -
large can of cream style corn
1/2 -
cup
sour cream
1/4 -
cup
melted butter
Instructions
Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Add all ingredients in a large
mixing bowl
Stir until batter is slightly lumpy
Grease muffin tins
Pour batter into
muffin tins
approx. two thirds full
Bake for 15 - 25 minutes until tops are golden brown
Double check - If making 12 large muffins, slide a toothpick into a center muffin until it comes out clean.
Notes
You can use either one
large muffin tin
or two
small muffin tins

You can a jalapeno pepper to the top of each muffin if desired.
