- 12 Oz. Fresh Broccoli Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 2 Medium Eggs Beaten
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 Cup Mayonniase
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 10 saltine crackers crumbled
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1. Chopped broccoli and onions2. Add broccoli and salt to sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Drain3. Add butter and chopped onions to the skillet and saute until onions are tender. 4. Add eggs to the mixing bowl and beat until smooth. 5. Add cream of mushroom soup and mayo to eggs and stir until smooth.6. Add drained broccoli and sauteed onions to the mixture. Stir until well blended. 7. Pour into the baking dish and cover. Refrigerate overnight. 8. Remove from refrigerator approximately. 45 minutes before serving. 9. Top with crushed saltine cracker and shredded cheese.Cover with aluminum foil. 10. Bake for 30-35 minutes in pre-heated over at 350 degrees. 11. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before serving.
