Ingredients

  • 32 oz. frozen tate tots
  • 2 lbs. Bacon
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 oz. package of Dry Ranch Mix
  • 8 Eggs

Instructions

  • Cook Bacon in a skillet until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine tater tots, bacon, and shredded cheese. Toss
  • Add mixture to a large rectangle greased baking dish.
  • In another mixing bowl, add eggs and whisk.
  • Add milk and dry Ranch mix.
  • Whisk together until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the milk and egg mixture over the tater tot mixture in the baking dish.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until the mixture is set in the middle.
  • Use a knife or toothpick to check for firmness in the center of the dish.
  • If preparing ahead of time. Place the covered dish in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
  • Remove the casserole from the refrigerator and place it in the oven while it is preheating. Cook for 45 minutes or until firm in center.
