Ingredients

  • 2 Rotisserie Chickens Shredded
  • 4 cups sliced seedless red grapes
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1 1/2 TBSP. Celery Salt
  • 1 can diced water chestnuts drained
  • 2 TBSP. Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBSP. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds toasted

Instructions

  • Shred or chop both Rotisserie Chickens
  • Spread almonds on a baking sheet & toast for 5 minutes at 350 degrees in oven
  • Wash all vegetables and fruit and allow to dry.
  • Finely chop celery and onions
  • slice grapes in half
  • add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  • add mayo and lemon juice
  • toss until well coated and mixed.
