Equipment

  • 2 quart Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chopped Granny Smith Apples
  • 2 cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 pkg Cinnamon & Spice Instant Oatmeal
  • ¾ cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cup Plain Flour
  • ½ cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter Melted

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven 350°
  • Combine Apples, Cranberries & 2 Tbsp. Flour tossing to coat fruit
  • Add 1 Cup of Sugar and Mix well
  • Pour into a slightly greased baking dish
  • Combine remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Spoon over mixture over Fruit covering the top
  • Bake uncovered - 45 minutes
  • Garnish with pecan halves and cranberries if desired
